Unfortunately exercise alone won't cut it. (even at the intensity level of the Insanity Workout) You need to maintain a healthy diet too. No do not, I repeat, do not starve yourself. That's actually the last thing you should do. You need to engage your metabolism by eating several well-balanced meals a day. This will keep your body in a state of constantly burning calories. What else do I need?
